WHAT WILL CAMPERS DO?
Campers will participate in many different activities throughout their week at Uturn, including but not limited to:
Horseback Riding, Vaulting, Farm Animal time, Fishing and Frogging, Canoeing, Archery and Slingshots, Swimming, Survivor (Nature style program), Team Initiatives, Wide Games, Cookouts, Campfires (Overnight), Tuck Time, "Under the Tree" "Devotions" (Faith Learning Times), Theme Meals, Pony Express (Mail delivery).
U-turn Ranch's camp program is very active and full throughout the day.
Campers will participate in groups of approximately 16 (Overnight camp) and 18 (Day-camp).
U-turn Ranch's staff to camper ratios follow the requirements of the Ontario Camping Association.
Campers who are unable to function in a large group setting are welcome at Uturn Ranch, however the expectation is that they would have a 1 on 1 worker to help them to succeed in the camp setting.
